Customized to the Client's Needs
We meet with each individual client and their family to perform a thorough assessment and gather information necessary to develop a detailed, individualized Care Plan. Once the Care Plan has been developed and approved by the client and family, a caregiver with the appropriate skills is assigned.
Ongoing Follow-up
