The Seasons HomeCare Associate

We strive to attract and retain only uniquely gifted individuals to staff our caregiving team - those who possess a high degree of integrity, dependability, compassion and competence as well as a genuine desire to serve others. Each selected candidate undergoes a series of in-depth interviews, an employment history review and a criminal background check. Only after successfully completing these will an individual be considered for joining the Seasons HomeCare Team.

We are comitted to staffing and maintaining the best caregivers possible. All caregivers undergo initial orientation as well as education relative to effective communication and the promotion of a healthy diet. To satisfy unique personal care needs, our caregivers are continually educated and tested on the latest advancements.

Curt Hermann

Curt grew up on the east side of Fort Wayne about 10 minutes from Ohio. After graduating from Woodlan High School, obtaining a Bachelor degree at Purdue University in West Lafayette and then earning an MBA at Indiana University in Bloomington, he spent the next 15 years following opportunities within Fortune 500 companies from Fort Wayne to Atlanta to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. With altered perspective after marrying and having his first child he sought the opportunity to move from the beach in Fort Lauderdale and return to the Midwest.

After moving to Warsaw and working for a combined six years in the orthopedic industry as a Product Manager for Biomet and a Global Brand Manager for Zimmer, Curt decided to leave the “corporate life” and start a company with the vision of helping those less able to care for themselves.

Curt established Seasons HomeCare with the vision of providing professional personalized in-home care services to help individuals and families remain as independent as possible as they experience the various Seasons of life.
