At Seasons HomeCare, we pride ourselves in the quality Personal Care Services we provide.  In addition to receiving ongoing, direct feedback from clients, we contract an independent agency to conduct random satisfaction surveys with current and past clients. 

 

We consider communication and feedback critically important to maintaining the highest quality care possible.  By continually reviewing client feedback, and making appropriate modifications and improvements to the services we provide as well as our business practices, we are able to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. JUST WANTED TO DROP YOU A NOTE ON HOW YOUR STAFF WAS ALWAYS ON TIME AND WERE SO CARING AND GENTLE WITH MY MOM. THEY TOOK CARE OF HER MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. THEY HAD LONG CONVERSATIONS WITH HER, THEY PLAYED CARDS, THEY DID THE GROCERY SHOPPING , THEIR COOKING WAS EXCELLENT, THEY EVEN GRILLED FOR HER. THEY DID IT ALL TO MAKE MOM COMFORTABLE AND HAPPY.
