About the role at Seasons HomeCare®, our CareTeams are thoughtfully built — combining the experience of Senior Caregivers with the energy of promising new team members who show great compassion and eagerness to learn.
With very low caregiver-to-client ratios, you’ll have the time to build meaningful, lasting relationships with those you care for. Our clients have chosen to stay in their own homes — or one of our residential care homes — rather than move into a nursing home or assisted living facility. Your role will be key in helping them live safely, comfortably, and meaningfully every day.

Caregiver Responsibilities
Depending on the client’s needs, your responsibilities may include:
Companionship:
- Engaging in meaningful conversation
- Helping with safe transfers and ambulation
- Preparing meals, assisting with feeding, and cleanup
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Assisting with bathing and showering
- Supporting hygiene routines
- Assisting with toileting
- Helping with dressing
Job Details
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (plus weekend premiums)
Flexible Schedules Available:
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts

What You’ll Need
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to take a drug screen and undergo a background check
- Caregiving experience preferred — but not required (we will train the right person!)
- Weekend availability preferred — but not required (premium pay for weekends)
