Seasons HomeCare® owner, Curt Hermann, identified a significant gap that exists in the availability of affordable, personalized care for individuals who’s needs advanced beyond a family’s ability to help them stay at home. As individuals age, the challenges faced by those individuals and their families can be as varied as x and y. Placing a family member into a facility where the ratio of aides to residents dramatically limits the “personal attention” any one resident can receive, rarely seems the appropriate solution.
After years of trying to assist client families to choose from among the limited long-term care options that existed, Curt grew determined to work with his team of compassionate care professionals to develop more personal, affordable solutions.
Husky House
Seasons HomeCare Owner Curt Hermann, got the idea to open a Senior Care Home in the Fort Wayne area because his mother with Alzheimer’s Disease couldn’t live at home any longer. The Care Home “Husky House” was full at the time but he wanted her to have the kind of care the residents in Warsaw were receiving. So, he came to her instead and “Hadley House” was born in 2015. It was briefly closed to finish the remodel, and opened again in 2017. He introduces her to everyone that walks in the door.
“Husky House” Senior Care Home located off of State Road 30 up on the hill directly across from Martin’s. You can watch the hustle and bustle of the busy streets outside, but once in the home you don’t even know you are located on a busy street. The large lot makes the property feel like a residential neighborhood, yet snuggled right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are a few trees to offer more privacy.
In this compassionate, peaceful environment, we offer a level of personal attention, socialization and professional expertise far beyond what our residents could receive at home alone or in a large traditional assisted living facility at an affordable cost.

Residents enjoy a warm, spacious home with many special comforts in a peaceful setting with large porches and plenty of green grass! Husky House has a ramp in the front, and a large ramp leading to the back yard so all residents and family can enjoy all aspects of the home and yard.
Husky House is located at 1101 Husky Trail, Warsaw, IN 46852. It is located right before the turn-about just past Menard’s. It is within walking distance from Martin’s, Starbucks, Menard’s, Culvers, Aldi’s, and the movie theatre. Downtown Warsaw is a few minute’s drive. It is about 10 minutes away from Parkview Hospital and KCH.
The home was originally built as a single-family residence in 1954. Seasons HomeCare purchased it in 2015 and converted it into a Residential Senior Care Home. The home is 2,711 square feet on a 2.31 acre lot. It has 4 bedrooms.
All of the amenities are included with the monthly rent. We encourage our residents to furnish their bedrooms with personal, familiar items as to maintain as much of their home as possible

Hadley House
Having opened and successfully operated the Husky Trail House in Warsaw, Curt and his team realized it was time to bring the Residential Senior CareHome concept to Fort Wayne where his mother with Alzheimer’s Disease now peacefully resides. Like other resident families, Curt’s dad and siblings are greatly relieved knowing “mom” is receiving personalized care in a warm home-like environment. Curt’s dad is a regular visitor to the Hadley House and has been observed whipping up a great pot of chili or vegetable soup on occasion. couldn’t live at home any longer. “Hadley House” Residential Care Home is located on Hadley Road, just a minute or two from I-69 and Illinois road. nestled in the trees that align the street. It was once a private residence that has been converted and staffed for small group living. Hadley House is located at 617 S. Hadley Road, Ft. Wayne, IN 46804. It is in between Illinois Road and Bass Road. It is 5 minutes away from Meijer, Starbucks, restaurants, Jefferson Pointe, and much more. It is about 10 minutes away from Lutheran Hospital.
The home was originally built as a residence in 1967. Seasons HomeCare® purchased it in 2015 and converted it into a Residential Senior Care Home. The home is 1,207 square feet and has six bedrooms, three were added on during the renovation.
